We had a great experience with Alvin as our real estate agent. He is very professional and really did his homework to know what we were looking for in a home, and he delivered. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Alvin was excellent at guiding us through the purchase of our condo! He was very attentive and really great at helping us negotiate to our liking. This is the first major purchase I've ever done and I was very confident with Alvin by our side that everything was going to go as planned and it really did! His great Spanish skills also came in great as it helped with communicating with my family better and provide comfort. I hope to work with Alvin again and in the future and will recommend him to anyone I know looking for a home in LA/OC area!

Alvin is not only an incredibly knowledgeable realitor, he is also a wonderful person who genuinely cares for his clients. He listens to what you want and goes out and finds it, even when you're being difficult (which I am)! I never thought I'd find my dream home but thanks to Alvin and his team, I did. Jill, Nadine, and Divya are amazing women who, like Alvin, treat you like family from the beginning. They really make sure you are taken care of from finding the house to going through escrow, and even after escrow is closed they are there for you. Finding a home can be a daunting task, but Alvin and his team made it as easy as possible. They even helped me choose the inspection agency, which could not have gone better (as they help with setting up utilities after closing as well). He has excellent judgement and will be there for you every step of the way. You really could not find a better team, and if I ever sell/buy I will be calling Alvin.
